Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership Cancellation
The Member may request cancellation of the Membership within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase (“Cooling-Off Period”), provided that no holiday booking or service has been availed under the membership during this period.

Refund Policy
In case of cancellation within the Cooling-Off Period, the company shall credit a refund after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges within 90 (ninety) working days from the date of approval.
No refund shall be applicable in the Cooling-Off Period if the Member has availed any benefit, discount, or service under the membership plan.
Refunds, if approved, will be made only to the original mode of payment or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

Non-Refundable Components
Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC), Booking Fees, and any other one-time service or administrative charges once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Any promotional offer, gift voucher, or complimentary benefit availed at the time of purchase will be deemed forfeited upon cancellation.

Company-Initiated Cancellation
The company reserves the right to cancel a membership due to non-payment of dues, misuse of facilities, breach of terms, or submission of false information.
In such cases, the membership will be terminated without any refund.

Refund Processing
All approved refunds shall be made through company cheque or bank transfer in the member’s name after completion of verification and approval by the accounts department.
The Member must provide valid identification and original purchase documentation to initiate refund processing.
